The Truth of the Night Sky

Patterson writes, “ I dreamt of this sculpture. There was a sharp jagged form. It was vertical and then become horizontal and took the form of a cliff. And while I stood on the edge of the cliff and there was a sensation of foreboding darkness, above me were the bright stars of the heavens watching over and protecting me. The trees stood tall and straight. I became the jagged cliff and felt anything was possible.”
